Colours & appearance — Product colours may appear differently depending on your device's display. We are not responsible for variations in appearance.
Promotional offers — Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.

Cancellations — You may cancel your order for a full refund before it is processed for shipping. Once shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–15 business days depending on your location.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Our full Return & Refund Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused, unopened items. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
