Every order is packed with care and sent on its way as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about getting your NerivaBeauty order to you.
1. Order placed — You'll receive an email confirmation straight away.
2. Packed & dispatched — Within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
3. Delivered to your door — Within 4–15 business days depending on your location.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods such as holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll let you know if there is a notable delay.
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at support@nerivabeauty.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.

All timeframes are from the date of dispatch and exclude processing time.
United States (all 50 states) — 4–8 business days
Canada — 6–12 business days
United Kingdom & Europe — 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand — 8–15 business days
Rest of world — 10–15 business days
All orders are tracked. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
No tracking email? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@nerivabeauty.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Customs clearance can occasionally add time to your delivery. This is outside our control.
We are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
We can ship to PO boxes for domestic orders. For international orders, a physical street address is required.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost in transit — If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it.
Damaged in transit — Email us at support@nerivabeauty.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Marked as delivered but not received — Check with neighbours and any safe drop locations first. If your parcel still cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.
