Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Just email us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it. Once your order is on its way, our return policy below applies.
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. We just ask that items are unused and in their original packaging.
Drop us an email, we'll approve your return, and then you'll have 14 days to send it back. Simple.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, personal-use items — such as face masks, serums, and oils — cannot be returned once opened. Items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
